Mrs. Busola Adegboyega is a graduate of Management and Accounting from Obafemi Awolowo University Ile-Ife. She started her banking career with United Bank for Africa Plc as Customer Service officer and relationship management. She thereafter joined Zenith Bank Plc as part of the pioneer team that set up the E-Business department of the bank, part of the team that started the e-business transformation journey of the bank in early 2000.
She left Zenith Bank Plc to join Spring Bank Plc (now part of Heritage Bank Limited) in the E-business department. She later left banking to co-found Cavari Capital Limited, providing strategy, business support and advisory services to clients. Busola holds the UK Investment Management Certificate and is a member of CFA Society UK.
Adeolu Akinyemi is a Personal Development Trainer, Financial and Business Intelligence Coach, 10X Consultant, Human Resources expert, Blockchain enthusiast, and Entrepreneur. His career and business exposure extends over multiple spheres, countries, organizations, and about 2 decades.
As a trainer, coach and consultant, he has interfaced with over 500,000 people in over 10 countries across 500 different organizations ranging from SMEs to Blue Chips to NGOs and Government agencies. He currently oversees Coach B and Stewards, a training outfit, as its Principal Consultant. As an entrepreneur, he is the Group MD of A2W Group and provided leadership for the organization to take a local herbal bitters through a 300X growth in 2 years.
Kayode is the Managing Director of NovaMBL Asset Management. A Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN); an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Economist of Nigeria (ICEN) and an Associate member of the Chartered Risk Management Institute of Nigeria (CRMI).
He obtained a Masters' Degree in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Lagos. A proactive and strategic thinker, he is an Enterprise Risk Management professional and solid Internal Control expert. He also served ICAN at various levels as Committee member and is an Approved person and registered Sponsored Individual with the SEC. Prior to joining NovaMBL, he served as MD of Lancelot Fund & Portfolio Management and Group Head, ERM, Internal Control and Compliance for Pan-African Capital Holdings Limited.
